Não roubarás

Apesar de «Double Indemnity» (1944) ser um dos meus filmes favoritos (talvez mesmo o favorito), desconhecia este episódio da sua rodagem:

Wartime food shortages meant that security guards were posted to protect the real cans of food in the grocery store from sticky-fingered cast and crew members. Despite this, the aggrieved store owner reported to the LA Times that some scoundrel had managed to pinch a can of peaches and four bars of laundry soap.

Isto, contado assim, não tem grande piada, mas se forem ao sempre magnífico Old Hollywood espreitar a foto, vão ver que tudo ganha outro brilho.
